Dear MHMS Community,

I hope that everyone is having a safe an enjoyable summer.  I wanted to inform our school community that at this afternoon’s HCPSS Board Meeting the transfer of Assistant Principal, Andrea Harmon, was announced.  Ms. Harmon will begin serving as the Assistant Principal at Patapsco Middle School, beginning July 16th.  Ms. Harmon will certainly be missed at MHMS, but I know that her knowledge and expertise will be well utilized at Patapsco Middle School.   

Also, announced at this afternoon’s Board Meeting, was the transfer of Dr. Mathias Bama to Assistant Principal at Murray Hill Middle School.  Dr. Bama has most recently served as an Assistant Principal at Reservoir High School, and is very familiar with many of our families.  Dr. Bama will officially begin at MHMS on July 16th, and I am looking forward to having him join our school community.
