At HCPSS, we take all reports of bullying, harassment, intimidation, and hate bias incidents seriously. Families, students, and staff are encouraged to use the Report an Instance of Bullying, Harassment, or Intimidation form to provide detailed information about incidents impacting our school community.
This form allows you to report incidents anonymously, though providing your contact information will help school administrators thoroughly investigate and address the situation. All information shared will be treated with confidentiality.
For families needing interpreting services to make a report, the HCPSS Call Center / Language Line is available to assist you. A representative will take the report and ensure the matter is addressed.
