FIELD DAY EVENTS
Hey, Murray Hill Middle School Families!
Field Day is happening on May 7th and it’s going to be a blast! We need your help to facilitate outdoor activities and make this morning event a hit! You can sign up by using this Signup Genius.

8TH GRADE CRUISE
The 8th grade Cruise will be on Friday, 5/30. The cost is $72, and it can be paid through our Online School Payment System. Students should return their permission slips to Ms. Daniller or Mrs. Stern no later than 3:15 on May 5th.

Please join us for MHMS’ Family Fun and Wellness Night on Thursday, May 15th!
We will be serving a pizza dinner 6-6:30 p.m. with student dance and theatre performances. We will have a variety of games and activities for both MHMS students and their families. And Fidos for Freedom will be back with their therapy dogs!
We will also have our Career Readiness Advisor available to answer questions and provide information about high school.

ATHOLTON HIGH SCHOOL FUTURE RAIDERS: ATHLETICS MEETING (SAVE THE DATE)
Hello future Raiders! The athletic department at Atholton High School will be hosting an athletic information night on Thursday June 5th at 6pm in the cafeteria. This meeting is for all parents and players who wish to tryout for a fall sport.
Tryouts begin August 13, 2025. All potential student athletes will need to be at all tryouts and practices will begin immediately after tryouts. Please plan vacations accordingly. There are no supplemental tryouts for high school sports. Fall sports include field hockey, volleyball, football, boys/girls’ cross country, boys/girls’ soccer, cheerleading, and boys/girls’ golf.

HC DRUGFREE UPDATES
Drive-Thru Medication and Sharps Disposal – Saturday, April 26 in the Wilde Lake Village Center Parking Lot near the Swim Center from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Safely dispose of prescription and over-the-counter medication, EpiPens and other sharps, vitamins, pet meds, vape devices, inhalers, and more! CLOTHING TO CASH
MHMS participates in the Clothing to Cash fundraising program. Clothing to Cash is a textile recycling program that donates money to the school for every pound of donated items. Look for the white donation bin at the bottom of the Murray Hill Middle School parking lot. Clothing to Cash will accept items in ALL conditions: new with tags, or torn, stained, worn-out knees, shoes with holes or only one shoe, backpacks, old sheets, towels, blankets, stuffed animals and more. What a great way to help the school and clean out your closets! All donations must be bagged and put in the collection bin. We appreciate your support!
